Eclipse tells me that the cycle was discovered on the way to construction, but it is not!

Eclipse tells me:

a cycle was detected in the build path of -project name-

although the project structure (created by others on the team) does not have cycles.
The same project is being deployed on other machines (the same!), And it does not give an error.

I need to work from my machine, so I need to solve this.
This gives me an error in 8 different projects.
This gave me more error (10 projects), but with cleaning and construction 10 times it just changed to 8! (without any changes to the code).

I really need this work, cleaning and construction to do nothing again and again. Any tips?

(note: this is not java, this is a bend, so I cannot change the error to a warning :))

Thank you so much!
