Thick window jQuery window resizes from click inside window

Question about jQuery thickbox 3.1

When a user opens a thick window, I have a button that they can click to show some content that was originally hidden. Right now, when you click, the content shows and pushes everything, and the thick window window gets scroll bars. I am trying to figure out how to make a dynamic window of a thick window dynamically change depending on whether the user clicked and / or clicked it so that all content is displayed instead of scrollbars. thank!
