Copy (capture) only visible text in emacs mode

Question

Sometimes I would like to copy only visible text from the contour buffer in emacs, ignoring hidden sheets, etc.

I see no way to do this. When I use Mw and then paste it in another place, I get all the text, including the hidden parts.

Does anyone know how to do this? Guide and Google do not help.
