Unlock WPF tape assembly for use in VS2010

I am trying to open a sample solution for Microsoft Ribbon for WPF, but I get this error about the impossibility of downloading metadata, the solution on this site and the related message How to use assembly from the Internet in Visual Studio . However, I do not see the “Unlock” option when I check the “Properties” dialog for RibbonControlsLibrary.dll in C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Microsoft Ribbon for WPF \ v3.5.40729.1. This may be due to the fact that when I downloaded the tape material, it was not a library directly, but rather http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=179545 . The following error occurred while loading: Could not load file or assembly "RibbonWindowSample" or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the specified file.

According to the error message, he is not RibbonControlsLibrary.dll, that if an error occurs, he is RibbonWindowSample. Have you unlocked the solution file and the files that form the project? If it RibbonWindowSamplewas precompiled, you may need to re-build the solution to create compiled assemblies that do not have “web tags” on them.

Have you downloaded the zip file? Before unpacking, you need to unlock the zip code. After unpacking, you will not be able to unlock the individual files that were in it.

Here's what to look for at the bottom of the properties dialog.
