Comparison of views in ClearCase

I have two dynamic views in ClearCase, which, as far as I know, should be "equal."
It is assumed that you need to consider a branch Mainand one in some other branch (let's call it A).

I did a merge from Ato Main(in the view Main), and for some reason, the code in the view Acompiles while Main is not working.
Is there a way to compare views on differences?

The easiest way is to use an external comparison tool for these two views (e.g. WinMerge or BeyondCompare for Windows, KDiff3 on Unix or Windows, ...).

I would actually create two new views (with the same configuration as the two initial views) to remove any cache effect and start the comparison there. After this initial study is complete, I would start compiling in these two views and see if one of them was compiled.

Remember that merging Ain Maindoes not always result in the same set of files after merging.
It would be exactly the same if there had not been an evolution in Main from the beginning A(or since the last merger from Ato Main).

setcs -currentwhich you mentioned will be:
