Web game pre-sale preparation

So, I have this idea with which I started programming. I wanted to do it fairly and finish when I realized what I was doing. It will be a web game. Static graphics, CSS CSS and Php (without Javascript). This would be my first search on the Internet, but that is not the point.

Instead of blindly working in the game, I think I need to do some preliminary planning, but I don’t know what. What to do before you start coding?

If you are too lazy to read:

What needs to be done to prepare for a web game before coding it?

Judging by the technical requirements mentioned above (PHP, static images, without JavaScript), I think that your game will be a good candidate for such prototypes. Try it, play with friends, and if it is fun, then you can start to worry about coding. If not, adjust the concept and rules until it comes in handy.
