How to fill out a PDF form with attributes

You have several PDF forms that I would like to automatically fill out using information from my model.

Here's an example pdf http://www.flhsmv.gov/dmv/forms/BTR/Milpak/82040.pdf

Is there a gem or plugin that could help?

If you have a significant number of form models or you need to process many forms, you should use the FDF format (form data format). This is part of the PDF standard .

Adobe FDF Toolkit, FDF. Ruby, ( , ):

I do not know Ruby lib, which will allow writing an additional element in an existing PDF.

Some web services may, like merging Applidok PDF files, which allow you to write user data (for example, from a web form) to an existing PDF file used as a template.

You can read the online document for Ruby integration at http://doc.applidok.com/merge-ruby.html .
