FMS 3.5 Flash Server and IIS on the same computer

We are deploying a media management system on a local network. FMS will be used to serve media on the local network. Since we will only have 100 users, and we have a powerful dual-core quad-core xeon, and the plan was to install IIS and FMS on the same computer. But now I read that there will be a conflict because the built-in Apache server that installs the FMS will fight for port 80 with IIS.

So, one of the possible solutions: I read in Adobe docs that RTMP is much more efficient than tunneling through HTTP, so if we make sure that all client computers allow RTMP (firewall exception), we can change the configured Apache port and assume that Will Apache ever be used?

In this case, we can configure FMS and not install Apache at all and be fine?

I think you need a second IP address. There is a complete guide that helps me in the same situation http://www.iislogs.com/steveschofield/iis7-post-44-iis7-and-apache-on-the-same-machine
