Real-time HTTP streaming console

Question

Is there an available program that will allow me to interactively record HTTP stream data and send it to the server? Ideally, I am looking for a console application that will allow me to enter or insert the HTTP headers and body, send them to my server and receive the response headers and body back.

Does such a program already exist?

I am running W7 64-bit with .NET 4.0.

tinyget is a useful MSFT tool that will perform simple receive requests. You can store these requests in text files and transfer them.
