Do CSS files get in browser?

Are CSS files sent to the browser browser to display the page, or are CSS files processed on the server side, with only HTML > being sent to the browser?

They are sent to browsers along with JS files and other resources indicated on your HTML page. Of course, the browser can never request these files (for example, if you disabled the display of images), but nothing applies to the server side.
