Is there a unicode character similar to ascii (but not equal)?

I want to write a question before the interview (for java, but it doesn’t matter), which has a different answer if you look at it, if you copy it and run it, so that we can check whether people actually do the problem manually.

To do this, I'm trying to find a unicode character that will look just like the ascii character on the screen (so at some point in my question I might have two methods with the same name, but they have Integer / int arguments)

I know this is potentially disruptive, but I hope this provides an additional metric for checking other answers.

Note. I tried Turkish "i" - it looks like ascii - is there a Unicode version?

Edit / NB: It looks like my intentions were misunderstood ... These questions are intended to be executed manually, not by the compiler. If they copy the text and compile, then they bypass the question, and this is intended to upset (or, more simply put, the wrong answer). Those who do this will either find out or come to a real interview with the confusion that we can help them.

Final note: :( This does not seem like it is really possible - most editors (on windows) will try to save to cp1252 (somehow my 1 file was saved as UTF-8), and in this case I don’t think there are any characters that will work without asking for any save error

The exact degree of visual similarity will depend on your font, but in most fonts, at least some of the glyphs will look identical to ASCII.
