Is couchdb good for this case?

I am looking to create a cv bank, which, when I think about it in terms of storing data in a relational database, is complicated. Would couchdb make better sense in this case?

each of them has a relationship from 1 to many education, qualifications, employment, awards, languages, skills, licenses, association
