Ruby on Rails development, problems with routing after installation

I have Rails 2.3.8 and Devise 1.0.8 rails. I followed the instructions, but when you try to access / users / sign _in for the first time after the modified .rb routes, I get

Internal Server Error
undefined method `[]' for :users:Symbol

When I reboot, I get

Routing Error
No route matches "/users/sign_up" with {:method=>:get}

If put map.devise_for :usersabove other map.s, I get the same routing errors when trying to access, for example, / artist or / songs.

Did I miss something?

Update: here is the full conclusion rake routes

You know? I have spent 10 hours on it now. And you know what?

killall server && script/server &

Now I will kill myself too.
