Using web browser control or an C # HTTP request when a website creates a cookie (or tries), is there a way to capture and display this cookie?

Yes, cookies are returned to the header Set-Cookie. You can use the HttpWebResponse.Headers collection to view all the headers and read out the cookies as well as the cookies that wraps it for you.
