Iis 7 - Cannot Find .Net Users Configuration Tool

I want to know how I can add some users through the iis 7.Net User Configuration Tool. I open IIS Manager, and I have a function view in which there are many icons, but not .Net Users.

Will the .Net Users icon always be present in the ASP.Net group?

You need to make sure that IIS7 is configured for ASP.NET permission and that ASP.NET is enabled.
