Ruby on Rails application cannot be started

As you can see at https://ssl.virtualweb.at/redmine/ , I am trying to run Redmine.

In the beginning I got this error: undefined method `mattr_accessor 'for ActiveSupport :: Deprecation: module

Can anyone be so good as to give clues how to make it work?
