I was asked to study and document the existing system for a tertiary hospital. The hospital consists of administrative (accounts, admin, engineering, etc.) and the clinic (pharmacy, the process by which the patient enters and from the hospital, ...).
I would need to understand how data and the business process come and go.
This is a big hospital. How to systematically analyze and document this system?
As long as I have this task, I have a common system that can be implemented for the hospital and would like to adapt the system to their needs from my results.
I need a plan in another to make this process a success. Can someone help me with a guide please?

- What information do you send from your department?
- How do you use every information that comes?
- What will you do with them?
- How do they flow?
- How is data leaving the department generated or obtained?
- How does each of these information flows?
- What information do you create?
- What do you do with this information?
