Can someone tell me a good Vi (or Vim) application for windows?

I was inspired by yehuda katz ( http://yehudakatz.com/2010/07/29/everyone-who-tried-to-convince-me-to-use-vim-was-wrong/ ) to start using Vi (or vim) unlike my current Notepad ++ selection tool.

I looked at vim.org but could not find the latest Windows vim application, am I looking in the wrong place or something like that? Or is there really not a modern windows vim application?

Can people recommend something according to MacVIM for Windows?

thank
