Use the iAd JS framework to build a web application?

Do you find it possible ( legally ) to use the iAd JS framework (the one that is provided to developers for creating ads) to create an entire iOS web application ?

I tried reading some legalese (iAd Network Contract), but it does not mention how I am allowed to use their JavaScript framework.

It has so many pre-installed controls and user interface that it would be a shame if the use of frames was limited only to the implementation of advertising :)

I think that if Apple wants to limit its use, it would probably be said in a license agreement. They released a framework called PastryKit , which is worth paying attention to; the insides can even be very similar to iAd.js.
