UITableViewCell weird width?

I have configured UITableView (320 wide) with a UITableViewCell created in IB, the cell also has a width of 320. After setting the background image (320 width) to the UITableViewCell (or my subclass to be correct), I noticed that the cells do not match the right side of the user interface (note the blue color on the selected cell and gray on the above) Does anyone know what causes this?
