Doctrine Override Getters and Setters Domains for Relationships

Question

Does anyone know how to override the Doctrine_Record recipients and setters for relationship fields. For example, if I have a Note class , a Note has many Users , now I can override, for example, this operation Note-> Users [] = $ user1 ?
