IIS 7.5 - Website Must Restart Every Morning

I have a Umbraco website that I have to restart every morning so that users can publish content. Are there any solutions that will help me get around this every morning?

1 - Document why you should "restart IIS every morning"

• how a web application cannot reconnect with SQL
• or one process becomes so huge that it’s obvious
• or one process heats up with huge CPU usage and IIS continues to drop requests
• etc .. etc must check log files, EventLog, SQL Server has its own log
