How to change default WCF page returned in browser?

Older ASP.NET ASMX web services used to create a web page that allows the user to navigate through various methods and call them (so far all options have been simple).

WCF web services create a much less useful page (you created a service ... blah, blah, blah ...). My question has two parts ...

Can I get WCF to get results like ASMX?

OR

Is it possible to create my own HTML code that documents my service? If so, how?

This service is a good example of what I would like to do ... http://footballpool.dataaccess.eu/data/info.wso
