Built-in DBMS with XML support for .NET?

Question

Is there a built-in database with .NET support (e.g. SQLite.NET) with XML support?

It does not matter to me whether it is SQL or NoSQL, XPath, document-oriented or not.

I just know BerkeleyDB XML, but this project is still alha and seems to be dead for a year.
