TortoiseGit - Slow View Revision Query Magazine

We currently have a problem with what it TorotiseGit - Show Logtakes to fill out the history of branches / tags. On the other hand, the GIT GUI shows the latest version. Although the GIT GUI requires double-clicking on a revision to see what has changed.

We have a repository with 300,000 files and recently about 3,000 fixes back, the administrator has moved the SVN of one of the main directories. Yes, this means that all 250,000 files have moved from one directory to another. This may be the cause of the slowdown.

Is there a way to speed up TorotiseGit to show log results faster in situations involving large svn repositories.

I cloned our SVN repository containing 40-50 concerts of content. TortoiseGit took 15 minutes to open the change log of a single file. Although access to the same change log with the integrated GIT GUI was significantly faster.

About 3-4 years have passed since the initial response to the stack overflow. Although the performance of TortoiseGit may have changed over the years and can be as fast as the built-in GIT GUI. My recommendations for working with large 40-50 gigabyte svn playback are to clone the svn repository and locate it locally or use the built-in GIT GUI.
