Used a biohosh with AWS?

Has anyone used bioceps with AWS? I see a lot of presentations on the Internet, but none of what seems to be doing a thorough job to guide you through this process. It seems that there is a lot of difficulty to plunge. I was hoping someone could point me to particularly useful forum topics or [even better] some real lessons?

Just heard the author say useR2010, I believe that the project is dead or at least turned into something else.
