Does the Silverlight control stay on top of the div? Cannot use windowless mode and z-index not working

On the following website , when I click on the login drop-down list in the upper right corner, it is displayed behind the silverlight card. I can’t use windowless mode because it will disable the scrolling and menus on the map. I tried putting z-index everywhere, but I can't get it to work.

This is not possible if you do not use windowless mode. The Silverlight plugin will be displayed at the top. You just need to place the card below to give the login more space or to cope with the limitations of the windowless mode.

Have you tried adding windowless and transparent background options?
