How to get all countries with the corresponding RegionInfo.GeoId

Question

As I have seen, not all countries are listed with CultureInfo.GetCultures(CultureTypes.AllCultures & ~CultureTypes.NeutralCultures)

If I look at the dialog below, I see that there are missing countries. How can I get this complete list (with appropriate RegionInfo.GeoId) from .Net?

It looks like you cannot do this (at least not using CultureInfofrom .NET). CultureInfothe documentation says:
