Reorder .net resx file

Is there a way to reorder keys in a resx file? I only use strings if that matters.

Not really. The .resx file behaves like a dictionary. Dictionaries are disordered collections, you find material back through a key value, order is unimportant. Technically, you can using a text editor.

Have you tried to open it as an XML file and edit it?
