PHP referrer: how to make sure the request really comes from where it should come from

I would like to add a link to my site in other "approved" domains. When they click on the link, it goes to the page that the referrer checks ($ _SERVER ['HTTP_REFERRER']) to make sure they come from a domain that is approved for my link. This can be faked, so how can I make sure that the clicks really come from approved domains?

You cannot do this. You cannot prevent the referrer from being redirected.
