How do you translate IDL in C #?

For example, the DOM specification has various IDL definitions , one of which is the Interface Node . How could you translate this part, even part of it, into real C #? I mean, where would you even start? As I understand it, C # interfaces behave differently than what the IDL calls the interface here. I am wrong?
