Byte [] is the size of the array equal to the actual size of the array in C #?

The size of the byte [] array reflects the same byte size that should be transferred if I need to transfer the file through a web service?

eg:

byte[] testarray = new byte[100000]

means that its transfer size will be about 100,000 bytes (100 KB)?

Without a particular answer, the answer is yes. testarray- byte buffer 100000. This is 100000/1024 = 97.6 KiB (damn you kB versus KiB SI standards)
