Read-only problems with files and folders in Windows 7

Question

I am running Windows 7 home premium, and my problem is when I delete the read-only attribute from the folder, which it again checks for readonly.

C:\Program Files\EasyPHP1-8\www\bagsdefined

I want to delete verification check from folder folder

Move the files you want to manipulate in C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\..instead C:\Program Files\.., and you may have access to R / W. replace XXXXXwith username.

The same goes for files inside C:\Program Files (x86)\..==>C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)
