How can I write a sector of the hard disk as reserved?

I am editing hexadecimal hard drive, and I would like to mark some sectors of the hard drive as reserved so that they are not overwritten by Windows (Vista or 7). I think this is possible, because during defragmentation, the disk says that there are some sectors that cannot move.

How can i do this?

Have you considered labeling them as bad blocks in NTFS? This will make Windows completely circumvent them.
