Is HTML overlay possible on XBAP?

Is it possible to overlay HTML elements on XBAP?

I have an XBAP application in an iframe on a webpage and I'm trying to overlay HTML elements on it. I can easily do this on Flash, but I still have to figure out how to do this through XBAP.

This is not possible with XBAP. If you can use Silverlight, then a solution is available for using Windowless controls ( MSDN link ).
