How to disable heading on rst2pdf document main page?

Question

I am creating a PDF and I would like to disable the title on the main page. I know there are built-in templates in rst2pdf, and one template is called coverPage, but I can't seem to get it to work.

The manual says that you should use

..raw:: pdf  
  PageBreak coverPage

but this will insert a blank in front of the cover, since I have a cover without a title and without using a directive oddeven(I want to use the same title on all other pages).
