I don’t understand how to use this feature called “Build Deployment Package” in VS 2010. I go to my properties and go to the package / publish on the Internet and configure it. I click "Create Deployment Package as zip"
Then I create a deployment package and get a zip file.
When I look and start drilling in folders, I find that I get this way
Content/C_C/Users/MyUserName/Desktop/NewFolder/Trunk/MySoultionFolder
I don’t understand why he makes all these folders, and on top of him why this is my way to where my soul is sitting. I do not like the fact that now everyone can look in zip and see my name accoutn, where the file was sitting, that I use subversion.
Then it makes him so confused when an error occurs. I deployed it to my Windows 2008 IIS server and ran it and I got an error. He pointed to the file where the error occurred, and the path pointed to my desktop. For a long time, I could not understand why it was pointing to my Windows 7 desktop when it was running on a Windows 2008 server located in another country.
Only when I found out about this mail path did it make sense. But this confuses when it points to paths that do not exist on this computer.
How can i change this?
