Profiling your iPad / iPhone web application with tools

We are trying to determine why one of our web applications ends up with the Mobile Safari application being killed on the iPad (works fine in a simulator or even on an iPhone).

Is it possible to profile CPU / memory usage in a web application by profiling the Mobile Safari application through tools (either on a simulator, or even better on a device)?

Thank!

Perhaps you can try in Tools to open your profile in the simulator and select somewhere (User) / Library / Application Support / iPhone Simulator / for MobileSafari.app as the executable file. Or you can try to make a (simple) application that loads the webapp in the UIWebKit view and uses tools to do this.

you can profile the memory using the tools on the ios simulator if you find the MobileSafari system service in the target list selection list when you have your mac selected as the target and ios sim open. from there just highlight the highlight and vm tracker, and you should see how many bars are used in the vm tracker.

iPad 1 256 RAM, ipad 2 512, ipad 3/4 - 1 ( , 650 ). , , ios , ( , , ).
