Create a dropdown menu for Messages from a category in Wordpress

I am working on this site www.annapogossova.com for a friend.

Currently, menu navigation is done through the pages into which I created each gallery.

When the time comes to expand the site - I want it to be quite dynamic, so that each page / gallery page is automatically added to the drop-down menu, and it does not need to edit the nav.php file so that they display correctly.

Of course, is there work for this? Perhaps I misconfigured the setting - should I create galleries as messages, not pages?

If the pages are in order - is there a better way to work with the menu so that it displays pages under each category?

I feel that in the future it will work much better if all the galleries were posts in the category?

So, the structure of Wordpress is currently:

Nav text html> ul and li creates manual navigation list pages> Page (each new gallery) with iframe
