Change encoding for eclipse

I want to change the encoding for eclipse to UTF-8

Go to Window> Preference> General> Workspace, and in the Copy Text File panel, select UTF-8

using Eclipse 3. * (I think this has not changed since 3.0)

Click on the Window / Preferences menu

Select Shared / Workspace.

it will show you a panel containing a sub-panel called "T ext file encoding" , allowing you to select either the default platform or a specific one.
