SSIS "Save Copy ..." is missing in my Visual Studio 2008

While trying to save my SSIS packages from my vs 2008 to my sql 2008 server. I lost the ability to "Save a copy of Package.dtsx". I need to do a crazy job that I never remember!

Please help me.

Make sure you are not debugging first. If he is still missing ...

In Visual Studio ...

  • Go to Tools> Customize.

  • Click the Commands tab.

  • Highlight File in the left pane.

  • Find the "Save a copy of the package as ..." item.

  • Drag it to the File menu.
