The name is the name of the department, and the switches below are the statuses for each department. Now the department may be somewhat depending on the values ​​in the database. This field can contain only two departments lists, and a new window should be created as soon as 2 departments are filled in it.

How can I create custom controls for this type to bind it to datatable data?
