Changing the default display of DateTime in the Visual Studio viewport

Is it possible to change the setting somewhere in Visual Studio (2008 or 2010, in my case) to change the default display of DateTime to 24 hours in auto, locales and viewports?

For example, I have a DateTime corresponding to July 17, 2010 at 1:00 pm. Visual Studio displays this in the viewport as # 7/17/2010 1:00:00 PM #. I would like it to display something closer to # 7/17/2010 13:00:00.

Change the regional and language settings in Windows. Here, Visual Studio draws out formats for displaying dates. Change the formats for long and short dates. In your case, go to a format where there is no ttplaceholder.

I tested it only in the "Clock" window.
