The log file size is huge

Question

We have one database, and we do a lot of transactions per day, so the size of the log file is growing too much, and I tried to reduce it, but did not decrease.

What should I do to reduce the size of the log file. (We do too many inserts)

You have a database with the full version of the recovery model and you are not backing up the logs.

Either install for a simple recovery model, or configure log backups. There are no other correct options (for example, reduction or truncation). The link above contains links to other articles.
