How to limit my application to run only in the OS 3.0 family (or earlier), and not in OS 4.0?

Question

Is there a way to limit my app in the store to say that it is only compatible with the 3.0 os family, not 4.0? I searched in the store, and all requirements are only in the form of "iOS3.0 or later." Can someone tell me if this is possible?

EDIT: I just noticed that some apps in the store have “verified ios4”, anyway, for my application to say “ios4 not verified / tested”? I just want to optimize my application for ios4, but I just want to know about this to users.
