Is there a way to pass binary content using javascript

Question

I hope to make an example using the chrome developer build and the ability to use sub-sound for streaming a binary audio file. So far, I’m out of luck.

My next parameter provided will try to load into the audio files in windowStorage and throw some magic dust on them.

Does anyone know a way to stream an audio file to an audio tag through a binary file?
