Documenting php code - the best way to document a group includes or requires

Hi, as the name suggests, I'm looking for the best way to document the groups required or included in the php class file. If each of them needs to be documented and there are any phpdoc tags that should be used specifically.

There are many documentation tools available. You can try any of them.

JSDoc, phpDocumentor, OraDoclet, doxygen, phpdoc, PHPxRef.

I personally use doxygen or phpDocumentor
