Drawable and NetBeans Resources (Android Development)

Question

I am new to Android development. And after using the eclipse for about 1 month ... I hate it. I installed the NetBeans IDE for Android development. It's fast, it looks cool, and I like it. But there is one problem. I cannot find how to use available resources (like R.drawable.icon) :( Can someone help me?

Use the file browser on the left side in NetBeans to open

YourProjectName → res → drawable, . , Android , : drawable-hdpi, drawable-xhdpi, drawable-mdpi. , ( ). , , !
