Creating a dashboard in javascript

Question

I am looking to create a common configuration panel for a floating emoticon plugin. I was wondering if lib exists to make this easier?

I am looking for some tool where you could give it a few name / value pairs and it will create a nice look.

I think I saw this somewhere, but forgot the search terms.

Perhaps you can use jQuery UI lib to create the panel. Lib is full of easy-to-use visual components.
