How to create a “blank” FitNesse website?

I'm trying to run an empty FitNesse, akin to what Uncle Bob did here: http://vimeo.com/2765514

I am using release 20100303 and I cannot find a way to prevent the deployment of the entire “Welcome to FitNesse” site when I use the switch -d.

Here is what I do on Windows:

java -jar fitnesse20100303/fitnesse.jar -e 0 -p 8888 -d content

I guess this will create for me a site with 1 page, and not with a larger site with Turtorials / Quick Starts / User Guides.

UPDATE: All necessary code files will be created on the site, but without additional files specific to FitNesse.
